Connie Ann Houge

Constance “Connie” Ann Houge, 80, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Monday morning, September 21, 2020 at her home.

Connie was born in Ashley, ND, on September 11, 1940 to Jacob and Christine (Remmick) Maas. She moved to Jamestown at the age of 7 and attended schools there, graduating from Jamestown High School in 1958. Connie married Gordon Houge on March 12, 1961. She worked at Alfred Dickey Public Library from 1958-1976. Connie then worked at 1st Bank from 1980-1992 and then for CenDak Leasing from 1996-2001.

Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to cook, bake, entertain and spend time with her family and friends. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she was very active in church and Bible study groups.

Connie is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gordon Houge; sons, David (Brenda Kollman), and Jason (Ann Marie); 4 grandchildren, Jesse, Cordel, Zack & Emma; 2 great grandchildren, Octavia and Zelda; brother, Don (Marlys) Maas West Fargo, ND; and a sister, Pat (John) Raymer, S. Deerfield, MA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jerry Maas.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Temple Baptist Church, Jamestown.

Visitation : 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Prayer Service: 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown.
